Anti-choice groups already are pushing for a nationwide abortion ban. Republicans can't make it happen now, but they can if they regain power in Washington. So, every congressional race and the next presidential election are a referendum on a woman's right to choose.

If the national effort fails and individual states determine reproductive rights then NC is at risk if Republicans win enough seats to gain a supermajority to override the Governor's veto.  Electing Democrats to the General Assembly in November is critical.
